Saying crafted sets being crafted anywhere or crafting bags being an eso+ exclusive is P2W is like saying getting all the dlcs with eso+ is P2W and it isn't. I see P2W used so much for things that aren't P2W. More item space and convenience is not considered P2W. P2W would be if eso+ members can now visit a vender in eso+ location to buy maelstrom weapons, or Crown store new item is the Wabbajack of legendary quality that comes with legendary enchantment as well!! Now that would be P2W. It's not like he is saying once you get all 9 traits you can just simply craft any set that you have not found the location for. Instead of running around to the different locations that you already discovered you can just stay in town and craft the gear. But crafting an armor set at any station and being able to make it a set bonus that you have already discovered at any crafting station isn't winning.

I think if a base game feature is offered then with ESO plus an enhanced way to access that feature makes sense but being exclusive to ESO plus is pay2win and not something I believe is the way to better offer benefits to a sub that already has benefits for I am misunderstanding your idea of winning. Sets being crafted anywhere exclusive to ESO plus.may as well throw in 20 stacks of each material type with it.
Crafting bags is already that argument but this just went over the edge.
